Pharmacies around here say to call at 3pm to see if there's any going to waste. I've gotten my first Moderna dose because of the Waste List I signed up for. Looks like https://hidrb.com/ is what NYC is recommending - worth signing up if you have flexibility! You have to get there quick.
In my area of SC there's skepticism and outright refusal for the shots. It's really disheartening, I'm not sure the state can get to herd immunity with the attitudes.
